Offset Smoker Build
We are now offer 3 different diameters to choose from for the cooking chamber. 18” is available in 36” and 48” length’s.
24” and 28” are available in 48” and 60” length’s.

Our cooking chambers come standard with -lower and upper cooking racks made out of 304 stainless steel,top racks are sliding

All our smoker’s come with a high temp clear coat on the base. The fire box and cooking chamber are seasoned with oil for our finish, unless customer requests it to be unfinished
